GROOMING SERVICES TERMS AND CONDITIONS


This outlines the terms & conditions for the use of our pet grooming services at Hello Human Wellness East (HHWE). By engaging our services you are deemed to have read through this set of conditions and agree to them.

1. Appointment Policy
a. Clients must make appointments in advance, either by phone, online, or in-person.
b. A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellation or rescheduling of an appointment.
c. Clients who fail to show up for an appointment without proper notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of $40.

2. Payment Policy
a. Payment is due in full at the time of service.
b. We are cashless; and only accept paynow, credit cards, and other forms of online payments. 

3. Health Requirements
a. Dogs must be in good health.
b. Proof of vaccination and a recent health checkup may be required before grooming services are provided.
c. Pets with health issues or special needs may require additional arrangements and should be discussed in advance.
d. HHWE reserves the right to reject service for any dogs that seem to be in poor health on the day of grooming. 

4. Behaviour Policy
a. HHWE reserves the right to refuse service to any pet that exhibits aggressive or dangerous behaviour.
b. Pets must be on a leash or in a carrier when entering and leaving the salon.
c. Owners are responsible for any damages caused by their pet to HHWE’s property or to other pets or people. 

5. Grooming Services Policy
a. Prices for grooming services are based on the pet's size, breed, and coat condition.
b. Additional services or add-ons may be requested at an additional cost.
c. HHWE reserves the right to charge additional fees for deshedding of thick-coated dogs, de-matting fur, de-ticking as well and handling of aggressive dogs.

6. Liability Waiver
a. All pet owners must sign a liability waiver before grooming services are provided.
b. The waiver releases HHWE and its related personnel from liability for any injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur during the grooming process. 

7. Privacy Policy 
a. We collect and store personal information about pet owners and their pets in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
b. We do not share or sell personal information to third parties without the owner's consent. 

8. Refund Policy 
a. Refunds may be granted at the discretion of HHWE.
b. Refunds may be subject to a processing fee and/or deductions for any services already provided.

9. Feedback Policy
a. Any feedback or concerns should be reported to the salon owner or manager within 24 hours or the feedback may not be deemed valid.
b. We will investigate all feedback given within the stipulated time and take appropriate action to resolve any issues. 

10. Change of Terms
a. We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time, with or without notice.
b. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or other channels.

11. Governing Law
a. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Singapore.

DOG HOTEL TERMS AND CONDITIONS (updated w.e.f 12 Apr 2024)


Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before boarding your dog at our hotel. By engaging our services you are deemed to have read through this set of conditions and agree to them.


1. Health and Vaccinations 
a. All dogs must be up to date on their vaccinations at least 14 days before check-in date, and free from contagious illnesses or parasites. 
b. We reserve the right to refuse service to any dog that we believe may pose a health risk to other dogs in our care and may require you or your secondary contact to pick the dog up early should they be confirmed of contagious diseases during their stay with us.

2. Behaviour and Temperament
a. We reserve the right to refuse service to any dog that we believe may pose a safety risk or be disruptive to other dogs or our staff.
b. If your dog exhibits any aggressive or destructive behaviour, we may separate them from other dogs or require you or your secondary contact to pick them up early.


3. Fees and Payment
a. Our fees are based on the length of your dog's stay and any additional services requested. Full payment is due at the time of check-in, and 


4. Reservations, payments and Booking confirmation:

a. A 100% deposit is required to confirm your booking.

b. The deposit payment has to be made within 5 days from the booking request to secure the booking.

c. HHWE reserves the rights to release the booking request should Owner fail to make the deposit payment within said duration per point 4b.

d. We recommend that you make a reservation in advance to ensure availability.

e. We accept Paynow, bank transfer, credit cards, and debit cards.

5. Cancellation Policy:

a. More than 2 weeks prior to date of booking: Full refund.

b. Within 2 weeks: 50% refund via store credits.

c. Within 24 hours: No refund.

6. Adjustment of Dates

a. Adjustment of Hotel booking dates is subject to availability and HHWE reserves the right to reject the booking request should there be no availability during the requested adjusted dates.

b. Adjustments resulting in payment changes will be processed accordingly.

7. Check-in/Check-out

a. Check-in and check-out times are between 10:00 am and 6:00 pm. If you need to drop off or pick up your dog outside of these hours or if you require pet transportation, please contact us in advance to make arrangements.

b. Early check-in is available starting from 8am for a fee of $15 per hour.

c. Late check-in until 8pm is available upon request and subject to HHWE’s availability.

d. As we are unable to accommodate check-in between 8pm to 8am, please make your pet’s Hotel booking arrangements accordingly.

e. Check-out timing for Hotel is between 10am to 6pm.

f. Late check-out until 8pm is available for an additional fee of $15/hour.

g. Any check-out beyond 8pm will be considered as an additional night’s stay.



8. Personal Items
a. We provide all necessary bedding and water bowls, but you are required to bring your dog’s food and medication if any. You are also welcome to bring your dog's favorite toys or bedding.
b. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged items.

9. Medical Emergencies
a. In the event of a medical emergency, we will make every effort to contact you or your emergency contact. If we are unable to reach you, we will seek veterinary care for your dog and assume that you have given us permission to do so.

10. Liability and Release
a. You agree to release us from any liability for injury, loss, or damage to your dog, other pets, or property arising from or related to the services provided by our hotel.
b. You further agree to indemnify us for any claims or damages arising from your dog's behavior or health during their stay.

11. Changes to Terms and Conditions
a. We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.
b. Any changes will be posted on our website and effective
immediately upon posting.

12. Governing Law
a. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Singapore.

DAYCARE TERMS & CONDITIONS (updated w.e.f 12 Apr 2024)

Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before sending your dog at our daycare. By engaging our services you are deemed to have read through this set of conditions and agree to them.


1. Health and Vaccinations
a. All dogs must be up-to-date with their vaccinations and free of contagious illnesses or parasites.
b. A copy of your dog's vaccination records must be provided at the time of enrollment, and we reserve the right to refuse service to any dog that appears to be ill or has not received the required vaccinations.

2. Behaviour and Temperament
a. All dogs must be well-behaved and non-aggressive towards people and other dogs. Any dog displaying aggressive or overly dominant behaviour will not be eligible for our daycare environment.
b. We reserve the right to refuse service to any dog that we determine to be a threat to the safety of our staff, other dogs, or clients.

3. Payment
a. Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cashless payments only.

4. Cancellation and No-show Policy
a. We require at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations.
b. Clients who do not show up for their scheduled daycare appointment without prior notice will be charged the full daycare fee.

c. Cancellations with more than 24 hours' notice will be refunded fully via store credits.

5. Check-in and Check-out
a. Check-in times are between 8am to 10am and check-out times are between 6pm to 8pm.


b. For check-outs after 8pm will be charged as one day of hotel stay.
c. If you need to arrange for a special check-in or check-out time, please contact us in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.


6. Release of Liability
a. By enrolling your dog in our daycare program, you acknowledge and agree that HHWE and its personnel are not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage to your dog, yourself, or your property while on our premises.
b. You also agree to indemnify and hold harmless HHWE and its personnel from any and all claims, demands, suits, or other actions arising out of your dog's participation in our daycare programs.
